Someone just tested it. The trainer will be added to the Queue to be updated. Thank you for bringing it up

Once it's in the Queue, you can hit the Notify Me option on the app to get an email notification once the trainer has been updated. After that, the new version will show on the WeMod app regardless of refreshing or not

Unfortunately, with so many games being supported by WeMod, there's a chance of a trainer becoming broken when there are game updates. Depending on the time of year, game updates can become more frequent.

I can say that since it's MAF's trainer, you just have to look at what's in the queue for MAF. Devour is technically considered #12 in his Queue
