A: Click the ‘?’ on the game’s page and select “Report an Issue”. We’ll walk you through quick troubleshooting, and if it doesn’t fix things, a support ticket is created so our team can follow up.

Q: I receive an error when installing Wand.

A: Most errors are caused by residual files from a previous install or a failed install.

  1. Start by making sure that your computer is up to date as the requirements for Wand may change over time.
  2. Delete any files related to Wand that may still be in AppData roaming and AppData local.
  3. Restart your computer if you deleted any files
  4. Redownload the Wand installer https://wand.gg/download
  5. Whitelist Wand in your antivirus
  6. Run the installer

Common App Issues & Troubleshooting Steps | Wand Help Center

Q: Wand says I have the 32bit version of a game but the trainer supports the 64 bit version.

A: This error is normally caused by a launcher but could be caused by using an older version of a game or by using the beta build of a game.

  1. Check the game/Steam settings to ensure you are not on a beta build. Wand does not support the beta build for most games.
  2. Check the Info section of the trainer for special launch instructions such as anti-cheat bypasses that must be performed.
  3. Launch the game through Steam or other DRM.
  4. Wait for the game to finish loading then click Play in Wand.

Q: Wand is having trouble starting or finding my game.

A: The most common causes for this are incompatible game versions, an antivirus is stopping Wand from injecting, you're using a cracked game, or you selected the incorrect exe.

Antivirus
Some antiviruses may view Wand as suspicious due to injecting into another process. Wand is entirely safe, and this is the way all trainers function. Please disable your antivirus or add an exception for Wand.

Incorrect exe
If Wand was unable to find your installed game and you manually selected an exe, you may have selected the wrong one. You can find the correct exe by starting the game normally then finding the process in Task Manager, right-clicking, and selecting open file location. This is the exe you should use.

Cracked Games
Wand does not condone piracy and cannot help you if the trainer does not work with a cracked game. Please support the developers by purchasing the game.

A: New trainers are created based on game popularity among Wand users. You can show your interest in a game and get notified when a trainer is released by clicking “Request mods” on the game's page in Wand.

A: Please check the queue in the Upcoming page to see what is actively being worked on. Wand staff cannot provide an eta for new trainers or updates as there are several factors that can affect this. The trainer creators do their best to release trainers and updates as quickly as possible. You can boost a game from the Upcoming page to help move it higher in priority. Boosts don’t guarantee an immediate update, but they let our team know what matters most to you.
