Some quick Q&As for Gears of War: Reloaded launch.
Will be added to as the day progresses.

Q. I pre-ordered the game but didn’t receive the Adam Fenix and Anya skins
A. Some players are currently experiencing an issue where the Adam Fenix and Anya pre-order skins are unavailable on Xbox consoles, Windows devices, and Steam.
While these skins may appear in the in-game store inventory, they can't be accessed or selected during gameplay on these platforms. However, the skins remain available on PlayStation 5, but you may still need to rank up in Multiplayer in either Social or Competitive to Level 5 or 10 to be able to select them.
Status: Resolved, get in touch if still an issue after restarting your game and device.

Q. No achievement progress is made when part of a squad as a member, only the host gains progress.
A. Recently reported issue, appears to affect all platforms except possibly PlayStation, maybe Steam unknown.
Please let @stuck slate know what platforms your squad and you are, if their stats at least increase in the War Journal or not. Video clips, screenshots would be helpful.

Xbox

Q. If you don’t see any achievements on Xbox for Gears of War: Reloaded.
A. Sign out and back into your Xbox account. If that doesn’t work, select your profile from the Guide menu, power and restart console.

PlayStation

Q. It won’t let me link my Xbox account (PlayStation/Steam).
A. It’s quite busy at the moment, wait a moment and try again.
Try power cycling your internet connection (router/modem).
If you reinstalled the game before launch, uninstall and reinstall it.

Q. If you don’t see any Trophies on PlayStation for Gears of War: Reloaded.
A. Sign out and back into your PlayStation account. If that doesn’t work, restart your PlayStation console.

PC

Q. After linking my Xbox account on PC (Steam), the game crashes when starting up and contacting services.
A. Developing issue, investigating, further advice coming later. Please submit a ticket with DxDiag here: https://support.xbox.com/game/gears-of-war/forms/gears-of-war-support

Investigation:
The team is asking not to reinstall the game if possible while we figure this out. Could you check if the issue persists after deleting the “WarGame” folder in C:\Users(username)\AppData\Local\Coalition\ and rebooting.
An alternate solution found by a community member is deleting the file remotecashe.vtf

Repro of the issue suggest this happens when changing graphics settings to Ultra as well.
If anyone can verify these potential fixes feel free to tag or DM @smoky pumice and @stuck slate

Another suggestion is to go offline on steam launch the game and once you’re at the menu go back online.

Issue: Game crashes when contacting game services. I have only been able to link my Xbox account.

Investigation:
