Thank you for your response.

I would like to respectfully clarify that I have never shared, sold, or traded my account, nor have I accessed any accounts that do not belong to me. All gameplay activity was done personally by me on my own device.

I believe this may be a misunderstanding caused by playing on a new account from the same device, which might have been interpreted as account sharing. However, I want to clearly state that I am the sole owner and user of all accounts involved.

I have never used cheats, third-party software, or engaged in any abusive behavior. I am fully willing to provide screen recordings, device information, login history clarification, or any additional proof to verify this.

This account has significant value to me, and I kindly ask for a final review of the decision in case there has been any mistake.

You’ve already contacted support and what they say is final. There is no use sending this here, as we would refer you to ingame support in the first place
