I play on Play Games. When I enter the game, the FPS suddenly drops very low and it freezes—on a screen with a loading bar and a map in three parts—at this point, it sometimes kicks me out. When I try to play Ranked, I can't connect at all and I'm banned for 24 hours. When I kick me out, I get an "Unexpected Error Occurred" message. This message belongs to Play Games PC.
