Opened some cases then the game froze and my case disappeared and nothing was collected meaning wasted 500 credits. Some compensation like credits back that were spent would be nice

items obtained from cases are instantly placed in your inventory upon pressing the open button, even in cases of ingame freezes. If you still believe your credits were wasted on nothing somehow, contact ingame support
