For error 1001/1002 (while trying to log in using Google), check with which account you downloaded the game with on Google Play, then check from settings if that account is connected to Critical Ops
2. Go to the 'Settings' menu of your device
3. Tap on 'Google'
4. Tap 'Connected Apps'
5. Find 'Critical Ops', tap on it
Then check what Google account is signed in to Google Play Games
==> ensure it matches with the account that downloaded and the C-OPS account you have
Two workarounds that might be worth trying
Workaround 1:
- Delete app cache and data for Critical Ops
- Start the game with a new guest account, complete tutorial and DO NOT link to Google or Facebook yet
- Go to Play => Custom Games => Filters => Server
- Change to another server (do not use the 'automatic' option)
- Link to your account.
Workaround 2:
- Close the game
- Go to the 'Settings' menu of your device
- Tap on 'Google'
- Tap 'Connected Apps'
- Find 'Critical Ops', tap on it
- Tap 'Disconnect'
- Delete app cache and data for Critical Ops, complete tutorial and login via Google again.
