Hello there is an issue when I log into the game?
When it loads to main menu screen everything works fine but after 5 seconds the whole screen freezes and no buttons work in the game why is this??
This first happened today when I was in a ranked game all buttons stopped working like shoot button reload button etc so I restarted my game but now it’s not functioning anymore since no buttons are working?

A recording would be much more helpful and considering there isn’t a flood of similar reports, this sounds like an issue related to your phone. Your best bet would be to contact ingame support and have your device information ready
