Open the game → Settings → Help → Press the chat button in the top right → Explain your issue in detail.
Support working hours are 8:00 - 16:00 EEST (Eastern European Time), Monday to Friday.
Please note that bans cannot and will not be discussed over any social media platform, including Discord.
