I am guessing you did not load into the match fast enough or didnt load in at all If you did not connect to the match that usually results in a penalty which can sometimes be as long as 2 days If the error was a result of you loading into the match and a bug prevented you from loading in/connecting I would suggest trying to fix the bug before playing ranked for your sake and your teammates sake
