One of my friend just got perm banned for the reason “Hacking or using 3rd party software”, while he didnt hack, and I did party with him before. Are we going to get banned to?

If your friend's ban turns out to be unjustified, nothing will happen. But if your friend's ban is indeed correct (which they can easily find out through ingame support), there's a possibility you might face nothing, a temporary ban or harsher consequences too, but that all depends on a case to case basis
