Bans aren't handled on discord (or other socials).
If you're sure you didn't break neither ToS or CoC and that the temporary ban is unjust, contact in-game support:
Open the game → Settings → Help → Press the chat button in the top right → Explain your issue in detail.
Support working hours are 8:00 - 16:00 EEST (Eastern European Time), Monday to Friday
if youve been already answered through ingame support then theres your answer. no use making this post
you say for no reason, cf says otherwise. you're not getting any help here
