I just tried to play some rank with some friends tonight and I got a penalty for 7 days. No, I did not decline or disconnect during warmup. It wouldn't load me into the ranked game at all, it was stuck at 100% yet it didn't load me in. Then when I reset because it was stuck on loadings screen where it shows map, names, etc when you first join a ranked game. Then I saw i got a penalty. This has happened on all of my accounts ( 4 total ). Is it my connection? I don't understand.

Please help. Dont have recordings or scree shots.

Contact in-game support about this, they'll get back to you between 1 and 3 business days (Monday - Friday 8-16 EEST)
