You can try the following workarounds for error 1102/1103. Make sure you know your Facebook login credentials before attempting them:
Workaround 1:
Facebook App → Account Settings → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps & Websites → Logged in with Facebook → Select Critical Ops → Remove → Open Critical Ops → Log in.
If this does not work:
Workaround 2:
On Android: delete the Critical Ops app cache and data on your device from the settings menu, under Apps category.
On iOS: reinstall the Critical Ops app.
