Well you are responsible to have a stable connection while playing, abandoning the game in between will surely result in a penalty, you should have stayed in the game and recorded the hackers to report and ban them

You could've played till the last or could've surrendered..As you said you disconnected so you're responsible for it..If you get disconnected you'll receive a penalty according to the rules, so nothing can't be changed. For Hackers, Record them and report through in-game support. Thanks!

You should've recorded atleast 3-4 rounds properly showing that they're hacking.

There's nothing you can do for now except wait for penalty to end, I suggest not abandoning the game in between next time feelslitman
