my skins that I received in recent weeks (spring cases, tournament winnings, trade) have been removed from my inventory.
Is this a problem with the servers, or some special case?

please contact in-game support with enough evidence. also, make sure that you are in the right account as many people may forget which account was it in. Follow these steps to contact us directly:
Open the game → Settings → Help → Press the chat button in the top right → Explain your issue in detail.
