Hi, my level progress appears to be stuck at level 530, and I'm unable to advance further despite continuing to play. In addition, I can't view my previous match statistics, such as the number of wins and losses etc. Because my level is not progression correctly, I'm also unable to unlock new armor items that require higher levels. I'd appreciate it if you could investigate this problem and help me. Please let me know if you need any additional information like player ID, screenshots, device details etc. Thank you.
