The report button does nothing

I have reported numerous players for griefing/cheating.

I still see these players roaming around to this very day, still hacking and griefing.

Does a report actually get looked at in any way? I have seen nothing to suggest it works. It seems to be nothing more than decorative.

Hackers are a bigger issue but it's quite clear that Torn Banner have lost control of that situation and will never regain it.
