This doesn’t look super suspicious, although speed hacks like this are somewhat common.
I will say also with all the server problems recently sometimes animations will suddenly accelerate to try to keep up with the server. What region are you playin’ in?

Short sword accels are deadly, but I don't find it suspicious and I play the slowest weapon in the game
