A match has been found, cannot cancel matchmaking

Hi everyone,

Everytime I try to queue up, the text in the title appears as a pop up and then the play button goes grey. I never actually get to join a lobby. It does queue for a few seconds if that helps narrow down tthe issue. I've tried verifying game files and have restarted the game. Any advice would be appreciated.
