#Prevent cancelling dodges with block

Currently, you can cancel a dodge immediately after startup by inputting block, allowing you to machine gun swings at an unreasonable speed which borderline or in some cases actually disregards initiative.
This is a bad mechanic. Dodge is strong enough without having the additional defensive utility, and it's especially good enough without additional offensive utility.

Break the chain of dodge -> input block -> input counter at the "input block" step, as that's the only place you can reasonably interrupt the game flow without causing unintuitive and obnoxious lockouts.

Remove the ability to cancel a dodge partyway through with a block input.

Also of note is that doing this input sequence isn't intuitive and essentially only serves to give odd feedback to players who aren't experienced enough to know what is going on clearly.

This tech is something people have mostly been implementing in the past 6 months or so because it's an awful enough piece of tech that while I'm sure someone found it much earlier it took this long to be properly weaponized.

Basically, this is a piece of tech which is awful for new players to interact with and also isn't particularly liked by experienced players.

The main point of contention for experienced players is that, because we've learned to handle this already, some people value the continued ability to interrupt their dodge for defensive purposes over the unhealthy offensive option caused by being able to do so.

I personally consider dodge a strong enough defensive option in teamfights/as an already probably too strong disengage tool when combined with basic game sense and positioning that it doesn't need the defensive utility offered by cancelling dodge with block much less the offensive utility offered by being able to eat dodge+counter stam to bring back machine-gunning.

not entirely unrelated, but if the reason why dodge has to be as strong as it is defensively because two arrow sprint is too fast, what if two arrow sprint was just not as fast? The only maps with consistent overly far spawns which occur even outside of spawn migration timings are awful anyway like aberfell, thayic stronghold, and baudwyn, so would it really be that bad?
