make bows/crossbows unequip-able for non archer classes

The only counter play against archers is that they are extremely easy to kill in melee even if the archer is skilled (simply out stam them with ripostes).

For example, when knights pick up bows/crossbows they become essentially unkillable. Unless you completely catch them with their pants down you cannot kill them as they will simply hold block and run away into a spawn wave.
