Katar are now much better but they still need final touchups to make them close to viable.

Headbutt jab collision (Headbutt should collide with jabs. Jab collision is a basic feature and not being able to do it is game breaking)

Feint-to-headbutt (Katar is the only weapon missing feint to jab, and it limits its potential immensely)

Special stamina damage change (As it currently stands, Katar special costs more stamina to use than it does to block it)
2.8 did a lot for Katar, but they're still fundamentally broken in that they're missing core features that every other weapon has. Round them out this last bit and they'll finally be something worth using.
