Ive preordered this game 3 times now and bought it multiple times for friends. Once on xbox, once for EGS and once on Steam (my main platform). I have my stuff for EGS and Xbox however i do NOT have my royal Zweihander (the main thing i noticed) on Steam which is the only platform i use now. How do I get my stuff or who do i need to talk to? PLEASE HELP!
TL;DR: Pre-order content is missing on Steam. How get back?

Steam had no option to preorder (as the game released a year later on steam) so steam players are not able to get this skin.

Uhhhh are we going to be able to in the future? Or maybe get cross progression so I can link EGS or Xbox to it and get it that way?
