why people allow change sides on last stage its unfair and need to be fixed im on australia servers

Which mode are you playing in Lisa?
If it's matchmaking, players are unable to switch on the last stage if it creates a team imbalance of more than 0. If it's in standalone servers, there's a bit more flexibility
