Just think about it, killing every form of life in the battlefield with your favourite tools, Hammer and Sickle, and before you think it doesn't fit in any class, it fits in engineer.
About how it would work it would be pretty simple; if you do 2 slashes one would be with hammer and the other with sickle, same with every other attack, varying from one to the other.
Hammer would deal blunt damage and Sickle would deal cut damage
I'm not giving damage values cuz that causes trouble
Reasons why you should definitely add this:
1-More people would use the engineer
2-It would add variety to the gameplay
3-It would fit engineer very well
4-It would be fun to use
5-Would make people 12% happier
6-It doesn't matter if it's a bad weapon, because it would be so cool that everyone would use it anyways
7-It would make more people want to buff engineer
8-And it's completely realistic and historically accurate
