I have the problem that the server stutters since the update.
Ping is ok (24 - 32) but swaps all the time and jumping, arrows, blocking etc. all feels like I would play with 100+ ping.
I did all checks you normally do while having problems with internet connection. Other games work fine, I have the problem on almost every server in Chiv2 since the last update. Very strange.

I just checked now for the stuttering fix (im on epic: [Temporary Fix] Gameplay Stuttering When Using Epic Games Store) but the steam.dll and the path doesnt exist anymore. Nice, but what is the problem now? lol

It seems like after the winter war update that was supposed to fix the freezing/stuttering issue but the update seems to made the issue worse.
