Hi, this has been happening for a long time and it seems like you don't know that this is happening. But come on, since the last updates the customizations of Weapons, Armor and Character every time I enter the game I need to go to each type of item and customize according to what I want, because the customizations I applied the last time are never saved. This BO is very annoying and I like your customization and I also bet that the art team is not happy to know that no one can use the created items correctly. Please make an effort to fix this.

I'm a steam player and this has also been happening to me, it doesnt reset my entire roster of classes but sometimes when I'm customizing and navigating the menus I'll just see one of my classes reset to default, this happens annoyingly often.
