Please just make this simple quick fix. You are hurting the people who have invested so much into your game and its community. We don't understand why you would not want to make things work and also communicate with us. We are desperate.

They have communicated. Stuttering is a known issue, and has been known since about 20 minutes after 2.6 went live. They have stated it will be hot fixed, but there is no release date yet.
