Me and my friend tried to form a party together via inviting each other but we couldnt. Whatever we tried it didnt work we dont get pop ups for invitation. We tried to disable our firewall disable anti-virus programs and verified game folders. We dont have the same issue in any other game.

I've gotten this too. What I did with my friends is use the in-game invitations and if those didn't work you just restart the game until it does.
