The image with the far away screenshot the arrows is pointing to the base hatch entrance. The second image the arrows point to the walls and the hatch. For the walls image, I have fences in both walls on sideways crossing the front of the hatch. Also I have 4 fences on each side and and having them go from left to right.

Can't really see that, but maybe the zombies are getting bunched up in that corner and doing more damage.
