I figure this more than likely falls under both the first and last question in the #❓faq but I just wanted to put this up formally seeing as there isn't a whole lot of talk about 3 Ports or its potential to be added specifically but considering the scope of this location could either be too costly or too confusing for newcomers to understand, I'd get the need to focus on other elements that have a more direct impact or follow a more concise tone for the overall story of 5K. Regardless; for me personally, outside of Area 12 it would be worth even an additional DLC payment just to see the UIU scuffle with the Foundation trying to find a way through the anomalous city-state hidden within a pocket dimension. https://media.discordapp.net/attachments/697910542660010086/1009246461499818115/caption-23.gif

Also I guess this can serve as a discussion opener on what a dedicated campaign taking place in 3 Ports would even look like if one were to be added in the first place, please have at it.
