I've sent this time link to reddit post about anticheat update(link that you provided) and that if you think that it is false positive ban you should contact support. Let say water in your house suddenly ended. You were paying taxes and didnt use any custom installations that could break rules for Water company.
You call to support to check what is going on, they say sorry you wouldn't receive any water for this period because you broke the rules of company and hang on the call. You try contact again and receive same answer, you go do social networks and managed somehow to find they they updated rules, but you still not breaking any of their rule, and they ask you in case if you don't receive water and didn't break any rules please contact our support. You doing it again receiving same answer regarding breaking rules and they wont do anything. You address them to their statement and they keep silence. The only one hero from company says just wait? And you probably want your water right now, because you paid for and didn't broke any rules, so questions for what you should wait?

If your game is not starting or closes shortly after starting, this might be caused by your anti virus.
This can be solved by adding an exception in your anti virus for PUBG\TslGame\Binaries\Win64\TslGame.exe
The PUBG Folder is located in your steam library.

Anyone on sea server here? Why do we can't play rank on midnight it takes like 10-15mins on matchmaking queue. We force to use VPN and play on eu where we have like 200 ping.... But if you use Avast Free version, you never should us it anyway. The solution of windows it self it pretty decent. I can recomment full anti-virus solutions like Bitdefender or Kaspersky. Free versions are often pretty weak and it's obviously why, nothing is for free. 😉 I use Bitdefender since 2012 and its worth to pay for it.

Hello, I spent all day trying to play PUBG on PC after being away for a couple months. I kept getting a "the service is not available. Try again later" error while in matchmaking until it would finally just cancel my matchmaking for me.

I tried reinstalling, verifying integrity, installing the test server, ranked vs unranked, restarting lobby, turning off firewall, changing DNS, etc. I submitted a help ticket, but haven't heard back and would love to actually play PUBG again. Anyone know another fix?

You can clear the download cache and change your download server in steam settings then restart steam and try downloading the game update again

Dunno. I got 1800+ hours in the game, but season 9 stands out. I played 6 matches in a row with random squads and everyone is getting cut down twice as fast. Honestly, it's like when long ago there used to be the bug where you could set a rapid autofire macro, and if you had high frame rate, the server would count every click as a shot, regardless of weapon fire rate. Things would happen like with the S686, someone could get 3 shells out at once, even though you could only chamber the two before reload.

I'll just have to experiment, but it's not often you can get someone to agree to stand still... And team damage isn't looked kindly on. ;)

@forest falcon If the waiting time for a match is taking long that indicates that players are either playing something else / not wanting to play ranked or that the ones who do usually play it are offline. We cannot fix either of the two here in the troubleshooting channel. 🙂

what is this automated ban system?!?!?!?! i play for over 3 years and have 4k hours in this game, my first account was banned for girefing which is ok i understand, but why do you ban people for 3 days for "unusual gameplay pattern" and even extend it to 1 month when there is nothing shady. Check my pc or ask me how i got info or whatever anything you like but stop banning me and other players when there is no cheats.
"unusual gameplay pattern" is basically the support guy who checks this doesnt understand thats all. maybe watch the games where players die instant so you can know for a fact that there is no ESP or similar things.

And also stop the bots in the support I do understand there is a lot of tickets, but why are all ban related problems solved by bots, ok not even solved.

Have also asked to recheck my ban via @halcyon spruce but there is also no message almost after a month.

@misty kayak I’m pretty sure “unusual gameplay pattern” doesn’t get checked by their staff before you get ban. Its an auto ban if you get a couple of reports from a players on a match. Happened to me when i squad wiped a streamer squad. I’ve heard if you get in contact with Hawkins on twitter you will get your ban lifted.

Greetings. I have an issue with the game. It seems after the "big" update, there's been a huge problem that puts my game's FPS to 30~35 during the play. My friend has it too, and he says that restarting the PC and launching PUBG works to alleviate it. I tried it and it did help, I got to 100+ FPS, but then all of a sudden the FPS came down to 30~35 again, sometimes even lower, and it's impossible to play it like that because there's also a huge delay in responsiveness of actions when I move or look around (it feels like I'm "skating" with the camera).

@harsh zenith You have to allow an exception to your AV for pubg to be able to run. A lot of players had the same issue. (assuming you have avast, which mainly causes the issue)

Easiest way to make PUBG operatable is hit "browse" and from there find your steam library folder and check off the PUBG folder.

Anyone else have gotten a permanent ban for having programs run in the background while playing PUBG?

Someone from Russia tried to hack into my Steam account 28/10/20 and 3-days later I got a "STEAM" ban from Pubg. I e-mailed the support and provide them with screenshots, list of all the programs that is running in the background like anti virus and Internet tabs. I confirmed this was a false positive.

They wrote,
"was an infraction detected in-game and the account has been restricted"

I asked the person to be more specific and wrote this,
"The account has been double-checked and there is evidence of violations in the terms and services of the game."

I have nowhere to go in need of help with this that's why I ask if anyone also has experienced this?
They wrote that if I mail them anymore about my banned account they will not answer to my e-mails anymore.

Already Tried:
1️⃣ Unistall/Install
2️⃣ Couldn't find the .exe to "run in administrator/compatibility mode"

I noticed the last week now on L-A-vir servers there has been some unmarked lag or some glitch. I mainly noticed it when flying with a teammate in a glider. Same happened to me, they just permanent ban my account and I still don't know the fully reason for why they did it. I think it's their way to harvest fast money.
No need to contact support because they will mostly don't help and leave you frustrated. When you get a account ban then just find something else to play or do and let them ruin their own game because through their actions they clearly speak for don't give a single nickle about their costumers/player's. Same goes for their game.

I've just realized that Avast is killing my performance...it makes the game unplayable, terrible input lag, textures needs minutes to load and FPS oscillating from 24 to 55. Usually i have 105-110 FPS. I've already added TSLgame.exe to the exclusions but I need to disable entirely Avast to be able to play....Should I change additional settings in Avast?

@rotund lotus You only have 2 queue options - Seasonal map (Paramo) or Random map. There is no individual map selection in EU, NA, OC or SA

NA = North America
OC - Oceania
SA - South America

Your matches should be in the region that gives you the lowest ping.

@spiral lark As the error states, some application running on your pc is interferring. Close down all background apps, then restart them one by one to find the cause.

i continue to have times on PUBG where i see shots go through people on my screen or unload a full magazine/clip into someone with blood splatters all around and i end up dead before they even start shooting.
Also my keybinds are not working propperly on this game at times (having to press a key multiple times to swap weapons) when using the keys outside pubg to check if its the key itself they all seem to work fine.
As my ping is 20 to 23,
my best guess is that this is a client to server syncronize issue.
is there any way to improve this?

So i switched from ps4 pro ( had been using framerate priority) to ps5 yesterday. I do not know why but now my aiming and even player movement is horrendous . I tried with ps5 and ps4 controller, both same results. I turned my sensitivities all down and im still all over the place trying to aim at people. Anyone got any tips besides "keep adjusting sensitivities" ? Is there any in particular i should adjust? Im at a loss here really. It was aweful
