@hasty citrus if you're using wifi because your modem is too far, i HIGHLY suggest snagging a powerline adapter. they're like $40-$60 and essentially "hardwire" you.. if you're having any connection issues (ping spikes/packet loss/etc)

My game is doing just fine in the matter of FPS,had some drops on sanhok pre-update which are now gone,fps doesnt fluctate as much as it used to. Im happy 😄

Yeah, some rigs are fine and others got shafted haha. My rig, for example drops to 60-90 in certain parts of maps - that's with a 8600k@5G/2070/16GB 3600 DDR4 - it's been that way for a few updates for me. North of Yas - had a circle end at the field above it, is where i had it the worst. Lowkey sucks at times lol

That's at 2560x1080, too - which is basically like 1440p perf +15% or so

Also one of those people, who has the 100% cpu issue (was 60%~ before this issue) so, y'know, stutters from that too.

Itsa MSI VENTUS 2070. Lower end of the 2070 spectrum, but got pretty lucky with my bin - sits at 2070~MHz on the core

This what happen :

Fully power cycle your console by pulling the cord from the back and holding the power button for 30 seconds.

If you are still unable to hear them while ingame, disconnect then reconnect your headset and see if the issue remains.

Hello guys! I have a question considering a bug/glitch ive experienced a couple of times. So when i first downloaded the game like 4 months ago i had a glitch where if i moved my mouse everything would get graphically worse and when in game the body characters would also turn white with weird dots and lines. I tried reinstalling the game and removing my steam account and then logging back in, validating files, nothing. I proceeded playing for a bit and then uninstalling it. Now a friend of mine played the game and i downloaded it again but the issue still persists. Has anyone experienced the same issue? (I can send a video of what i mean if needed)

Why aren't there any gun specific challenges in Season 7? I was actually quite looking forward to them, especially being an NA player I can't just go play Sanhook whenever I want to do the QBU/QBZ challenges from Season 6. I appreciated those challenges and actually wanted to complete them. Now they're gone.

Now the "season" specific missions, I've completed the first tab within just a few hours and now we have to wait for 27 days? LOL.

You don't need to use all capitals :)

If you have all your settings set to very low then the workload will be shifted to your CPU more and your GPU is going to be underutilised. I suggest increasing your graphical settings gradually to find the right balance for your system and ensure your GPU is being used as much as possible.

There isn't a "magic" set of settings that give the best performance for all systems, so you will need to work out what works best for yours.

You have misunderstood, he didn't mention your hardware, but your settings.

Do not set everything to very low, this does not always produce the FPS in all circumstances.

Set it to High and adjust each setting individually until you see no improvement on FPS.

We cannot recommend a setting to use as it is dependant on each system and each user. Even with your PC specification we will not be able to provide recommended graphic settings.

Sometimes applications can take a while to fully unload from memory and their processes be terminated. I haven't noticed it happening to myself, however you can kill the process by using task manager instead of restarting your system.

so i am having the same issue as @warped yacht reported. My pc is brand new and it was fine prior to Tuesdays patch. I am getting intermittent crashes and also notice when exiting the game, pubg gets hung some how. It doesn't show up in task manager but restarting steam prompts to force close pubg. I have had a few intermittent crashes but the hanging is more annoying. Whenever I exit the game via exit to desktop, I can’t relaunch it without closing steam. Okay, I think I might have resolved my high ping spike issues
About 2 weeks ago I uninstalled the new call of duty game, but the battle.net program wouldn’t uninstall
Finally last night I did some research and figured out how to manually uninstall it and associated programs
Played PUBG for 6 hours without a single lag spike , figures something in battle.net was conflicting with PUBG
If your having issues with ping spikes and have the new COD installed try uninstalling it and see if that resolves your issues

when i use a bandage, it doesnt continue like it normally would if i need more an one. i cant continue to bandage.

as for what gun i have selected. if i have a gun in my #1 slot and put it away to run faster, then click y to bring my gun back out, it actually brings the gun i have in slot #2 out.

when you click to get into a vehicle, it often times puts you in the car, then all of a sudden youre outside of the car, as if you hit the button to get out, however - you didnt. the game just thinks you did.

PUbg continually fails to shut down correctly. It keeps hanging on *SecurityServices.com, 2 running services, both with the PUbg logo. Only way to get the game to restart is to kill those processes. You guys really need to fix console ps4. Hitches so much that Xbox players are able to come off the parachute, loot a gun, reload and play fine. Meanwhile. @formal geode Are you using both a Wifi Router and a Modem sperate like most of the companies are using now ? if your Modem allows you to plug directly into it, thats the way you should go. if not and it's just a bridge to your wifi router then you may have the same issue i had! i had to try 3 different wifi routers until i found one that didnt effect my ethernet line.

The game on Stadia doesn't seem to select automatically the right language (english default) and when you restart it, the option isn't saved, I don't know if the other options will be saved as well, I haven't tried.
Other than that the video intro is played everytime I open the game.

turn away from all the players and you will get 144+FPS turn back around and look at other players and you will have a huge framedrop

You got some issues with that support list as well, Try following the language in #4 to the letter. See the issue with step 5 yet? Easier to tell the reader to go back to the Step 3. (verify the integrity of the game files) and not cheap out on your instructions, because you have two lists there support. on top of that why delete the folder when renaming it preserves settings just incase that's not the issue? @celest panther

K, then I will not be doing what you request, have a great day. I will not reinstall the game within 24 hour of a patch, EVER period. I will always wait that time for a developer to address anything before changing anything locally on my system which includes deleting files 🙂 Great support loop you got there (just slightly poorly worded), gives you many hours of leway time and I accept those are the common issues pubg gets, but that's typically when the game crashes, not when it simply shuts down without error which in the past has been 100% anticheat :).

when i use a bandage, it doesnt continue like it normally would if i need more an one. i cant continue to bandage.

as for what gun i have selected. if i have a gun in my #1 slot and put it away to run faster, then click y to bring my gun back out, it actually brings the gun i have in slot #2 out.

when you click to get into a vehicle, it often times puts you in the car, then all of a sudden youre outside of the car, as if you hit the button to get out, however - you didnt. the game just thinks you did.

How many times do i have to shoot someone with an M4 for me to get a kill. It seems when i use a whole clip on someone they just eat it like iron man. But when they shoot me twice with an AK its like they snapped their fingers like Thanos and i disintegrate into pieces.

Best website to look for a general idea of the damage is this one. It's not completely correct but the most correct one I have seen. http://battlegrounds.party/weapons/

Damage calculations consists of the following, but there is also consideration for limb penetration as well.

I would really appreciate some help fixing this very very bad bug with my cosmetic item, it has still not been addressed. The playerunknown trenchcoat is bugged really badly right now, the arms can sometimes become completely invisible (not that bad) but the real issue is the hood covering some of my view!

Players that use mouse and keyboard can only matchmake with other mouse and keyboard stadia users. Controller players can crossplay with console. This split was done for balance reasons due to the advantage a mouse and keyboard player would have over a console player.

Would lowering the polling rate help? Almost feels like I have a turn speed cap like console.. if I flick the reticle isnt super snappy.. it kind of plays catch up.. feels like input lag.. but I'm not using vsync or gsync getting 144hz on a 144hz 1ms monitor.. its weird

You could try testing out the following as well: right click tslgame.exe process in task manager -> go to details -> right click set affinity -> untick one of the cpu cores to prevent them from being used by the game

That has helped players with this issue but they would usually have a lower end cpu

Yeah it's strange my micromovements feel super sensitive.. I lowered ads sensitivity all the way down to 15 at 800dpi to stop sliding off target.. but then turning or tracking cqb is nearly impossible

@rotund holly No changes have been made, however some players are reporting an increased ping recently which could be playing a part. We are looking into the ping increase, however it isn't affecting everyone and may be an external issue that we have no control over.

Oh it's OK. I figured. I've tried this and it's only worked once for me. Every other time I can spectate the players then when I switch with rb/lb.... It's inconsistent. It will switch between teams sometimes and others between players in an unorderly fashion

when I start pubg, windows defender's "Antimalware execution service" consumes upto 50% of CPU making my pc freeze. It takes almost 5 minutes to start the game. This is happening after last update.

@sage flint Select the bind you wish to unbind, then press Esc when it is waiting for you to press a new key to bind to the action. It will clear the binding entirely.
