We received a report of a user cause because of this massage he see in killfeed. It begin with the Gamertag and then"has been removed from the game due to unusual gameplay patterns".
Can we find out the reason for this massage? Does this mean he's cheating, or what could this massage mean? Never seen it on console...

Try to find back the replay. PUBG generally doesn't provide reason as to why someone is banned. Neither to the banned player himself nor to anyone else.

On PC the person reporting the other player will get a notification of the ban and the type (temporarily restricted or permanently banned)

Umm, well the game got really bugged and glitchy after the update guys
doors won't open, attachments and items in beg takes time to show that they are removed, shots register late (on entire squad not just 1 player)

and it crashes, a lot. the game itself and the connecting to game phase, errors and sends you to lobby without any option of getting in the game your squad is in

@real arch Hi, try to clean the sensor of your mouse with an earbud/ cotton buds and you will be surprised what it does to fix the lag. It's usually caused by the dust and hair entering the sensor area. I hope it helps you

is there anyone else facing this old bug? You go straight down when you jump off the plane. It's like you are holding "shift", but in reality you are not. Plus, this randomly happens, isn't every time...couldn't notice a pattern :x, but I know that it was an issue way back

@livid quest Check your crash reports and see what they say. Re-install the game, delete the config files of the game in the Appdata folder (But make a back-up first), try an older GPU driver version or fresh driver install after using DDU to get rid of the current one... There are tons of different things you could try. But we dont know whats causing it to crash. So make sure to check the crash reports and send them over to PUBG too

@viral monolith You could try to delete the config files of PUBG in the Appdata folder. That fixed an similar issue for me a year ago or so. But that will remove EVERY setting you have made ingame. I guess you havent played around with driver settings etc? What are you specs?

@viral monolith What is your CPU usage like? The 8300 is very slow and actually not a real 8 core CPU. Maybe its facing the issue like many i5 quad cores do.

Okay, you probably have tried lowest possible graphic settings, right? I would just delete the .ini files with all the settings etc in them and see if that helps. Otherwise verifying the gamefiles via steam.

@viral monolith 80% is quiet a lot. But as long as it isnt up there most of the time it probably isnt the cause of this issue. Like i said, delete the ini files and see if it helps. Make an backup of the files so you can just insert them again in case it doesnt help

Custom matches are all hosted by ourselves in the same way public matches are, only players can create their own settings.

Currently sandbox mode is only available for partners to access, so I'm afraid there isn't any additional things you can currently do things differently

Keep getting problems with lag on xbox, but the network debugging stats seem fine. To the point where I get thrown out of games. Other players are experiencing the same and it really ruins the game. Literally everyone I know on the game keeps wishing that devs focused on stability instead of adding new skins and game modes

So I'm relatively new to pc.. but come from xbox(3-4 kd xbox).. I was doing pretty good when I first started playing pc.. got a 14kill duo chicken.. but I'm just so inconsistent now.. I've had this problem the past week that's really making the game unenjoyable.. I can go into tdm and 90 percent of the time I'm top fragger on my team with anywhere from 25 to 50 kills.. I go into battle royale.. and I can barely get a kill.. it seems like the first person I come across either headshots me as soon as I look at them or just seems to take so much damage but kill me so quickly.. shoot first die first. I've tried everything from changing my sensitivity to changing my graphics settings.. I cant tell if its lag.. desync. If I'm running into cheaters or if I just plain suck all of a sudden.. anyone have any suggestions?

I have a question for anyone from PUBG. I am from Colombia (South America) but we play by default on NA servers. I understand that we are addded to the NA players pool to help with numbers and matchmaking (I know Colombia, Venezuela and Ecuador are NA players). With that said, we still play the game although our ping is not as good as our NA counterparts in the US, Mexico..etc. On average our ping is from 90-160ms. The last couple of days we have seen an increase in ping latency, my ping went from 110-125 to 150+ and I know a lot of friends in Colombia have had something similar happening to them. Is there anything in the pipeline to help us? If there is enough player pool in NA, wouldn't make more sense to put us on SA servers where ping should be better for us?

@sinful moat It all depends on your ping. The server region you are placed in is determined by which region provides you with the lowest ping. While you may have seen an increase recently (possibly due to the added strain the internet is under currently), the NA servers are still likely to be your best option.

Excuse my ignorance on the matter; there are certain rare games where the ping drops to 75-80ms, that happens once every few days. Is that just a single server that gives this ping? why can't all games be with that ping? the majority are in the latency range I mentioned before.

Right now things are a little tricky as there could be a number of reasons where pings are affected by external factors beyond our control. When you see those lower pings, are you still on NA servers?

Yes. Which is why I don't get why I get it so rarely. The experiences described above have been like that since before the current covid-19 situation. Granted, since lockdown started, we've had days with higher ping and that is understandable, but the averages I mentioned before were there before January.

High pings could be simply a result of the route your connection takes, which is usually decided by your ISP. If you were also experiencing large amounts of packet loss at the same time then that suggests something that can be looked in to though there is no guarantee that the issue could be resolved by us if its related to an external factor.

I understand. Packet loss isn't a problem usually (we've had some recently due to network saturation due to lockdown), but the relatively high ping is a common scene across the region. I know dozens of Colombian players with different ISPs and we are all in the same ping range. I was hoping it is something that can be on PUBG's side so they can help us improve the performance. I work for an ISP myself and I have conducted several tests, and the PUBG ping seems to be the same no matter how good my connection is, up to a certain threshold ofcourse. For example my ping to google's DNS could vary from 1-5ms to 40-50ms and my PUBG ping will not be lower than 90ms ever. And I could get the same ping to PUBG with 1ms or 50ms to google.

@viral monolith Hi, I'm no expert, but I have a friend who had a similar issue. Change graphics view distance to very low, that takes some burden off the CPU, you can increase it little by little if your CPU can handle it. Also, give priority to your TsIgame process, that also helped my friend. He occasionally gets a crash here and there, but he can play for hours before a random crash.

Hello, I have a weird mouse issue. The mouse movement is basically delayed a bit and keeps going after stopping. It's very noticable when just moving it left and right as well. It's not vsync and the initial rotation is fine as well (feels a bit like it gets worse the longer I move the mouse). The issue is not present in other games I tested (for example Rust and CoD: Warzone). I am playing the game in 720p with 50-ish fps on average I would say. Different window/fullscreen modes didn't help, sadly. I appreciate any help. 🙂

Network lag occurs when the connection to the game servers has issues, usually on the user's end. Check out your network, restart the router, make sure it's on ethernet not wifi connection 🙂

It happens on ANY set of stairs in san hok paradise hotel map.
The vakindi map with the giant bridge. (almost impossible for me to get to the second story of any house on that map).
The other vakindi map with all the barns, i cant get to the second story homes without it going slow motion and i need to jump over a barrier on every landing in those houses.

My mic isn't working - everyone else can talk, but I can't. No "speaker" symbol shows up next to my name and no one can hear me.
I've tried:

Changing my voice channel (I've tried both TEAM ONLY and ALL)
Muting/Unmuting voice chat
Tried both Push-to-talk AND Open Mic
Making sure my binds are correct (default 't')
Making sure my mic works (can confirm it works in all applications outside of PUBG)
Changing my microphone volume to 100 in PUBG audio settings
Restarting both my game and my PC

It was working perfectly fine until tonight's update (7.1). Can a dev or community member please help me?
