BattlEye has been in the game for the best part of two years, if an issue is occurring with your audio in-game, but not in other applications, then it's likely the firewall/router issues stated by XAM

Ok, quit the game and navigate to %localappdata%\TslGame\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor and remove the file "GameUserSettings"
Note, this will reset your keybinds too
then restart the game
you can also open the file and change resolution manually
if you dont want to manually fix ur keybinds
We don't recommend modifying any game files, including config ones.

Overclocking GPU (Actually makes freezing not last as long sometimes so could be a GPU bottleneck)
Disabling windows defender
Using game launch options (If they even still work)
Doing a sfc using cmd
Many more probably ^
still being forced into NA queues when I am queued with my EU friend even when NA queues are empty for duo games. This behavior started with patch 27 and has not been addressed. Multiple posts, support tickets, tweets with no traction. We have even tested this behavior from different locations with different ISP's.

@weary warren I do not have access to a 4G connection on my desktop so as I stated I used a separate ISP, I used my account on another computer, and played at home on a laptop same results. Also as I stated previously this is impacting many people as evidenced by the multiple posts on reddit etc. So yes I did do what was asked.

Sounds like a configuration issue on your end then. Make sure voicemeter is set up correctly and that PUBG is recognising it
We can't provide you with specific troubleshooting on that as it is a third party item
with the proper configurations, then yeah sure.

Any mods i could dm about the Fps drop problem? (Lots of pics)
Have everything on low, even dropped the resolution yet still have unstable FPS at certain times
Before the new Patch had everything on ultra and a constant 120 fps with it going up to 144 in uncrowded areas
Now when I shoot/have more than 2 people on the screen/ trees or buildings in my view the game drops from 230 FPS to 89 or even 60 FPS at times
Have updated all my drivers/ cleared cache/ verified game files
Hardware: CPU: I7 6700K GPU: GTX 1080 RAM: 16GT

that message usually relates to not having the privledges to read or execute in that folder

Greetings. Has anybody else been having major connection issues ever since update #28? Haven't played for about a week, logged on about an hour ago to play duos and out of six games I could only connect to one.
I would just hang on the loading screen for about two minutes while my partner was on the plane, and then get connected to a dead lobby in game where I could do nothing. Shortly after I get a "Connection timeout" error. I live in OC and get connected to SEA region.
The same happens in solos, squads and training mode by the way.
Have you tried using a mobile hotspot to troubleshoot your internet connection?
@celest panther I don't have a mobile hotspot where I am, my internet connection is healthy, I have no trouble with any other online game or web browsing. The issue is isolated to PUBG.

It doesn't, but I had none of these issues prior to the latest update. You mean turn it on and off again? Then yes, I have.

While the SMW3 cable the connects AUS to SEA was damaged I was using Exitlag to get a playable ping, but my subscription expired. I haven't a free one to use, no.
I'm just a little perplexed as to what this issue is exactly.
Given the difficulty connecting, it sounds routing related.
Something between you and the server not working correctly.
The reason I initially asked for you to try a hotspot was because that will likely use a different route to your normal internet line. A VPN can be used to do a similar thing by altering the route the connection takes.
In the event the issues vanish when using a VPN/Hotspot, it usually indicates an issue that is beyond your own control and that might require your ISP to look in to.

Tried reinstalling, uninstalling and reinstalling BattlEye, switched between different steam libraries on different disks. Always comes about 12-15 minutes in.

CPU: Ryzen 7 1700x
RAM: 16GB DDR4 3000Mhz (Set to 2800mhz because bios sucks)
GPU: GTX 1080ti
Game is running on an m.2 SSD (This issue happened on my SATA SSD too)

Still having the same issue. Done a clean reinstall of both PUBG and Windows. As well as completing "step 14" in the guide. Cleaned up the registry, attempted to install BattlEye alone and all of that. Nothing works. As far as I know, 11 other people in my team are experiencing the same issue.
We get about 10-15 minutes into each game, then we error out.
Tickets could take some time to get responses on. My ticket from 1 week ago still isn't answered.
They take our money and respond when they want ...
Tickets will be responded to quicker than a fix will be applied.

Well there's definitely something wrong with PUBG. When I start it up, it uses 99% GPU and 99% Power so I don't know at this point. PUBG Officials doesn't seem to know either, since there's been no actual statement on this, or any fix published by anyone who has something to do with it.

Battleye also mentioned that the latest nvidia drivers were also causing some problems that caused this error

Well, 1903 has had some issues recently and battleye have issued numerous updates in that time. Update Windows to the latest version and see if that solves it
dxdiag also removes GPU version
In the case of 1903, windows was actually the issue.

Battleye tweeted that there was an issue with the latest GPU drivers that was causing some problems. Supposedly it was resolved a few days ago, but a driver rollback to a different version may still resolve the problem

I have zero issues running Windows 10 1809 on version 417.35 of the Nvidia drivers.

430.39, 1809 here, no issues personally, kinda strange how the issue affects only certain machines
I've never had the corrupted memory issue in the entire time I have been playing.
I had it once, but i believe that was down to BattlEyes install being borked, but that was ages ago. Since, zero issues. Though PUBG/BattlEye, or whoever is responsible for updating their software for 1903, should get that fixed too - given it's cited to release this month lol

If a clean reinstall isnt working, then that suggests something on your system is causing the problem, but im unsure what that could be
in pretty much every case, a clean install fixes the problems

Yeah, and I've tried pretty much every fix that has been suggested, including 5 complete reinstalls, and a Windows reinstall.
Also, when I reinstall PUBG, it also downloads a 152MB update of "Steamworks Common Redistributables".

Didn't notice any such update, but yeah steam and game both did download some updates recently

All the redists - are things like DirectX Packages, along with Visual C++ Redists, stuff the game needs to run

How often does PUBG verify BE files? Because, I can play 15 minutes of a match before it "corrupts", and when I restart the game, I can play another 15 minute game.

@coarse junco I was on 417 before 430 today, should I try 425 or something? Validating gamefiles after crash shows that there was 1 file that couldn't be validated, and was downloaded & installed over again. But this happens for each time the error occurs.

Rejoining doesn't work all the time. So, if it's not working for you then you sadly just have to click no and go into a new game

but i have never once had any connection problems in any other game that im playing. can't say that with PUBG... countless times since i started playing PUBG...
also one day when i had network lag detected a lot in PUBG i went playing another game for 8 hours, without any lag at all...
and i also have a pretty good stable router. my old router i had 1½ year ago i had to reboot once a week to be sure not to have any problems, with this new one i have never had to reboot it for any online games at all...
in my head, if every online game that i own, works perfectly fine, exept for PUBG, then it's PUBG that's the problem...

@hidden dust there is nothing to try that will help... the wifi would be the same... they use same internet protocol for the game... im 37 and have worked with computers since i bought my first C-Amiga 500+ don't come and tell me that i don't know how a network config works....
I also suggested using tethering through your phon if you have the option to. I never said you didn't know how network works. I suggested doing things to help isolate your problem.
And congrats on being 37 and working on computers. I'm an indie dev and have been working on games and computers too for a while now
But I don't see how that's relevant to pubg at all.
But by all means don't try to isolate your problem and just ask for it to be fixed just like that

Still no update on the corrupted data here with me. I'm starting to believe that it's something with Steam or something. For each time I reinstall either Steam or PUBG, it download and installs Steamworks Common Redistributables. This only happens on one of my computers, not my others. Could this be a registry issue with HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Valve\Steam\Apps\CommonRedist?
I find it weird Steam would need to "update" or download CommonRedist for each time I do a clean reinstall of PUBG, considering CommonRedist shouldn't be dependant or have anything to do inside gamefiles.

Here's a list of what I've attempted;
- Clean reinstall of PUBG
- Uninstall & reinstall of BattlEye & related services
- Updated & rolled back GPU drivers
- Clean reinstall of Windows 10 OS
- Installing to different drives / directories
- Partial reinstall of PUBG (deleted 50% of files and let Steam detect the missing ones)
- And pretty much followed all available troubleshooting guides & tutorials available.

There's no known fix for it yet. PUBG staff doesn't seem to have any answers either. I've contacted BattlEye, since it's their service that's reporting errors, I'll let you know if they have a fix for it.

Someone else in this chat fixed it by completely uninstalling Steam and all their games, deleted BEService from registry & all PUBG, TslGame & BattlEye related files, and did a fresh reinstall of Steam and PUBG.
That fix didn't work for me anyway.
All I know is that the first people experiencing this issue got it right after BattlEye fixed an error with corrupted memory on May 1st, so it may be a result of that fix. But then again, that's BattlEye's ball, so it's up to them right now it seems.

I’ve been using the ts guide nonstop for the weekend, I almost know it by heart. I’ve completed all steps and I am 100% certain I’ve covered all files. I reckon to begin with, the guide didn’t cover registry cleanup for BEService though.
But I can confirm that I’ve completed those steps with no luck.

As per now; the only thing suspicious about it all is the Common Redist download that forces itself in for each PUBG install.

I don’t think I’ve cleaned cache with admin rights. I’ll give that a try once I’m home. Currently 40,000ft in the air.

However, I believe I've found a solution for my problem at least.
I uninstalled Steam and PUBG, downloaded PUBG on another PC onto an external drive, moved the files from the external drive directly into my SteamLibrary on my main computer.
Then I deleted the whole CommonRedist crap from my registry, let steam detect the new gamefiles, and it works (somehow). We'll see how long it's good for, but as of now; 1 chicken dinner without disconnection. @weary warren @celest panther
