Its related to battleye losing connection or being blocked, so id recommend doing what puppy suggested
Sometimes, however, it may require the game to be reinstalled

Go to %localappdata%\TslGame\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor and delete or rename GameUserSettings.ini
I'd suggest renaming, in-case your issue is actually more indepth.

Another thing to test would be making a backup of all files in that folder, delete and then delete them all.

On duo it happens 1/5 matches and in Squad (with 3 people) i never got into a match without game freezing and me force quitting it. Hi guys, i have this recurring problem where my internet shuts off whenever i start pubg, sometimes when i get in a game, my internet gets disconnected during the queuing phase till the drop off phase. This happens every single time i queue for a game, i have been facing this problem for about 6 months. Please help me out

I'd suggest you use some sort of recording during gameplay just for this reason.
Having a recording of the impact of your shooting showing no damage was done to the player will be evidence enough towards a ban.

i want to download a program called "Auto Hot key" so that i can use f13 - f24 function keys via the "G keys" on my logitech keyboard,

AH has nothing to do with the ingame settings at that point and is therefore not reason to be worried.
I have used applications such as AH and AC for other games (such as flash games online etc) and never ever would it have occured to me that it may be bannable by PUBG.
It's not untill you use the application in combination with the game that it should be red flags.

ALT+Right Click is the default binding for change canted sights, this is likely the reason why you are unable to ADS when peaking, as it is attempting to toggle the sight. @viral monolith
If you remap canted sights you should be able to use ADS as normal.

Got it working now, by doubleclicking the BEservicex64 bat, which I've already tried multiple times earlier...
This happened yesterday as well, the fix then was removing admin access to the .exe files.

Using the regular 1980x1080 and had most settings on ultra. But dropping them to high didn't stop the problem

I have also gotten the "Shadow Bug" where shadows dissapear almost completely and you can see player shadows through buildings. Some can use this as an exploid

Support tickets require you to submit evidence along with the report. The ingame reporting system submits evidence along with it
