My game freezes in the loading scene. After a while I hear the noise of the airplane, I hear my char jumped from the plane and opening the parachute. Sometimes the screen opens and I'm still in the parachute, sometimes I'm already on the ground.

Find out: I have 2 HD in my pc, 1 normal SATA and 1 SSD. The SSD is where Windows is saved, and some steam files too (Disk C:). The other is where I save all games and other programs (Disk D:). PUBG is in Disk D (normal SATA)

Your HDD is probably slow, and can't load all assets in time. If possible, try launching PUBG from your SSD (C drive)

Hi folks, ive been playing since early access etc and I still see this issue happening from time to time and its REALLY annoying. Sometimes when landing client doesn't render all parachutes. It happened countless times like we're jumping to some city and see 3 parachutes. Everyone on the team counted what they saw and we agreed it was 3. Then we discover there are two full squads in the city 😄 And this happens pretty damn often, enough to make the parachute count known as "unreliable", everyone thinks its unreliable over 6 different discord servers I'm playing.
Anyway you guys did a great job making this game playable for the past year and maybe this issue slipped unnoticed or something but please address this
mostly noticing this in miramar/erangel, not sanhok. And its not like we landed and looted for few minutes then people appeared. Its like 20 seconds after landing you realize there are extra people that weren't seen landing and there was no chance for them to come from somewhere nearby.

That’s more of an issue with angles if anything. Because of the way the M4 guy is angled his view is blocked by the stairs. The other guy is angled just right so that he can see M4 guy

If you look in your image, you can see the player looking dow the gun and the sight just over the staircase wall there.
That matches up with the image on the right.

No, the rewards are most with a timer on them.
And every 10 level you get a permanent item.
The purpose is to get other things to do and not just grinding BP like before

The REASON I was unable to co-operate with you is because I was playing online live in her stream (and telling all the streamers about pubg and steams pathetic support)

there are currently no region lock. the team are looking to improve the matchmaking logic cause as of now, youre being matched to OOR for faster matchmaking, without waiting for queues in your own region to fill up first, hence leaving it empty at times. not enough significant number to be matched in oce servers, or atleast not quick enough.

I am having an issue in PUBG, where PUBG sometimes freezes and just crashes: It runs well and just all of a sudden (not particularly in a firefight) it just freezes. I try to open task manager, but the window is stuck. After a while it shows the pubg crash system on my second monitor. Then pubg closes and I am left with the brocrashreporter.exe. I report and restart the game. But this didn't fix the issue. I tried verifying my files. First time it said. One file not able to verify and second time it successfully verified. I play PUBG and to my surprise the same thing happened again. I tried restarting PC, but that didn't help either. Specs: i5 8600k, GTX 1060 6gb, 16gb 2400mHz ram, temperature stays around 74 °C on load. Settings: post processing, anti-aliasing and textures are on ultra. Everything else is set to LOW or very low. Screen scale is set to 120. Running 1080p resolution with discord opened on my second monitor. Capped frames to 60 FPS. But usually getting a steady 72 FPS. If anyone has any solutions. Please mention or private message me. I prefer private messaging as I will notice it more often than getting mentioned. Thank you for your time! Is there a Dev that can explain the necessity of doing server maintenance during prime time?

the main team are based in korea, and this is the ideal time for them to work on maintenance. unfortunately, it just so happen to be "prime time" somewhere else. this cannot be avoided as this has been their schedule since the beginning of time. they need to start maintenance early just in case anything happens later.

So um, a while ago, I complained about some issue making me unable to play, and it's happening again
There's not much details to clear, other than that I can't play using my wifi, but works on mobile data
just gets stuck like this for a while
then I can hear the plane going
then I can hear myself dropping after a bit, then this happens
Any ideas?

Sounds like an ISP or network hardware related issue
Restart all of your networking and see if a wired connection works
if not, talk to your ISP

As you're able to connect using mobile data, that points to an ISP or networking issue, as Takarii stated.

So more people play PUBG in the morning? Not after school or work? I get time zones, blizzard does different times for each region...and they do it at 7amPST.

Oh, might be noteworthy: before an update, where we were able to choose which servers to play in, I was able to play OK on NA servers.
