Hope this is the right place for this. The 1.0 update has massively bugged me. Steam Friends List shows people online and playing PUBG, they're in the lobby not in an actual match. So I boot up PUBG and none of my friends can see me online, except I can see two of them. My other mate, who is also trying to play, has the same issue, neither of us can see eachother, yet we can both see my two other friends online. Which sucks because both of us can invite them, even though they can't see us, but either me or that other guy can join because once that is done, we are invisible to everyone. Then trying to invite that mate that I can't see by steam name and it literally doesn't work, but he can invite you through your steam name. We also did a test, just me and the steam friend who can't see eachother - once he invited me by steam name, I could see his name in the list under lobby but he would not appear under online too, even though we are both online. In fact he doesn't even appear in my pubg friends list at all, but we are 100% steam friends. Literally tried everything

Try toning down the graphics settings? That sounds like a delay from processing the effects the gun gives off and/or the sound effects being played although that seems less likely.

my issue is that when I get in a gunfight, I can shoot the enemy for days and not get the hit registration glitch, but when the first bullet hits me, my FPS drops to 1 for 4 seconds. only happens closer than 100m
those 4 seconds are crucial in a gunfight that is close-range
as seen in the video, I had to crouch as soon as I got the fps drop, usually I go prone as soon as I see this happening

I dont have an second monitor so I dont know how to do that, I might put my game to lowest resolution and have some resource monitor open on the side

well what I have seen from HW-monitor and 3 other monitor programs, my GPU acts as it should and cpu
lowest the cpu dropped was 3500
and that is the lowest by bios settings
any idea what the problem could be?

I have tested my ram and its fine. I have tried to use fullscreen-windowed with lowest and highest effects settings, the same for fullscreen mode
I have read from others that it is the blood splatter from the hit registration that is timing out for some reason unknown
btw? might be the issue, 😂 does pubg support DirectX 12?
