So I have been having a graphics bug ever since I got this game, Peoples hitboxes are lit up in purple. Most things have a purple hue to them when it comes to their hitbox, like switching weapons will cause where my arm was above my head leave behind a purple tint. Anyone else having that?

@unkempt meteor That's your GPU scaling settings. If you have nvidia open its control panel and go into "Adjust desktop size and position" and check what you have it set on

It should be set on either "Aspect Ratio" or "Full-Screen". But I'm guessing it's set on "No Scaling"

My friend bought Pubg about three montsh ago, and it worked fine for about 1,5 month but then suddenly he was stuck in the menu loading screen and couldnt fully load the game. but then a patch came and he could play again without getting stuck. After two weeks with no trouble playing in the new patch the problem came back and he hasnt been able to play for about twoo weeks now, he is just stuck in the loading screen again. is there any new fixes for this. ive been here before and asked for help, hopefully there is something new this time.

Make sure your game settings for output voice is activated and set to 100. Depending where you live, vivix might be blocked and you can't hear anyone > not fixable without other voicing software like teamspeak or discord!

As far a sbuldings not loading goes - FOr me and my freind group it came down to HDD speed
I moved PUBG to an SSD and it completely solved this,THink hgher speed HDD's struggle less with it but it seems to be an issue with loading assets fast enough

Try to update your GPU Drivers to latest and windows.
If still doesnt work delete game and make sure there is nothing left in %AppData% etc.

When i had the game on the E drive reshader worked perfectly, but after switching and installing the game on an ssd reshader no longer works. It doesnt let me see any options for, but only an empty red box. Any fix for this?

Hello, I am new to pubg and enjoying the game so far. However, my game keeps crashing anywhere between 2-5 minutes into gameplay. Not sure what it is, but the game just freezes and then closes. A crash report then follows up, which I have sent the report. I've tried numerous fixes.

My specs:

Windows 10
MSI GTX 1080
16gb ram
i7 7700k

Heres what Ive done so far.

Update to the latest drivers via geforce experience.
Verify local files.
Adjust gpu clock
Adjust paging file.
Deleting the BE folder.

Any help would be spectacular, thanks!

he's shooting with an UMP, there's no way he that spot on, his mate goes down he's behind a bush, i have an awm but they need to hack to win, it's just not fair, his chicken dinner points should get refunded into my account it's the only way to make it fair

If you can't do it in the game options then you shouldn't be changing it. If you're changing settings to give yourself an unfair advantage over players that don't make these changes then you're breaking the RoC which states

My muscle memory is intuned with the karabiner than it is with the AWM or M24.

That's only because I have choosen to practice with the karabiner than the AWM.

As the chances of getting an AWM are slim in every game.

#

It's better to have good practice and aim with guns you know you can find and use, rather than one you have a slim chance at obtaining.

Just bought a new cpu I run a i5 7400 now along with a gtx 1060 and I am just starting to get really long texture loading times at least 2-5-7 minutes loading along with network lag which slows it down I am playing on 8gb of ram and was playing perfectly fine before and only now I have issues I have been playing a long time with a lower cpu and this crap started happening so I upgraded for better graphics and now I play with this loading bullcrap I now either have to buy an ssd and a extra 8gb ram stick or is the game bugged because this was never happening before the game runs fine for me it's just the bull crap textures never load or and a long with being slow and unresponsive

Guys, help me PLEASE. 2 hours I've been stuck on this game-breaking bug,, I feel I'm loosing my mind. I just recently bought this game and it wouldn't load up anything like the screenshot shown. okay, so i'm having issues in game both with matchmaking bugs (keep getting matchmaking cancelled) and when i load into a game, when i get about halfway down from landing I experience the network lag screen, all the way until about a solid whole minute after I land, and while that's going on I see textures and buildings failing to render. Once i stabilize after landing, every time i press tab to pick up loot, I get a brief 2-5 seconds of network lag as well. is there anything I can do to help fix this, or is this a server-side issue as i anticipate it is, as i have had zero problems with the game until these started after the most recent major patch. cpu usage goes to about 70% and memory jumps to about 65-85 depending on what i'm doing, most intensive during plane/drop... and this is without absoultely anything including unessential background processes open

i should phrase that the drive that steam/pubg is running on is on an SSD, I do have HDDs installed in this system as well, but they are file storage and don't spin up during PUBG

ISP tests select the most local server to test with, it's not indicative of your quality of connection to other servers.

Also, those tests are an average over time, whereas network lag is a lack of packets over a certain amount of time.

From what I can see, and what I have seen from many other players, is that it is something either causing issues with your connection, or you are running out of resources somewhere on your computer

Either of these cause a lack of packets to be sent to the server, and then this issue occurs.

PUBG has become my #1 go to game now and is the game i've been putting the most time into, so when it suddenly breaks and it becomes frustrating to play, you become generally frustrated, especially when you see other people having similar or the same problem as you. For the last week or so I've been getting major FPS drops in my stream output when streaming but ONLY when I'm playing PUBG. I'm monitoring the game but when I'm just sitting idle in the main lobby it's pulling 40%. So when I start the game, that spikes and I'm unable to keep up. I've been able to stream it just fine from June until now. Is there anything I can adjust on my end that can keep PUBG from using so many resources? I've dropped my bitrate and changed every setting I can manager in OBS and nothing is working. Curious if anyone else is having a similar issue and how they might've resolved it.
