There really is not 'best' settings. It's personal preference. However, in the case of a low-end PC. The only good settings is setting everything to low.

try the rename method and if you still get it then remove reshade, but i remember having the same problem once and removing reshade didnt fix it for me

Thaat can help sometimes, but typically only if after you uninstall it. You also remove the entire PUBG folder, prior to reinstallation. However, deleting that file from that error in which you've had, I have yet to see the problem persist.

You may also try this, it takes little time, but worth a shot
just start the game normally. and refresh it from the button. its placed top of the right of your screen. then alt-tab to another program, such as google. or just desktop. then open the game.

While PUBG is running
In the Services tab, you should see BEService with a status of Running

For those of you still having issues with Reshade: Rename the dxhi.dll file, launch the game, then close the game, rename the file back to original name and you should be good.
