Using a GTX 10 series 6 Gb 16 gb of ram and a 7700k and crashing constantly and on avg getting 20-30 fps. the game set my settings to ultra automatically i set them down to medium and i feel medium has worse performance. ive validated game files every time this happens and it keeps crashing.

It's BattleEye bring overzealous again. Noramlly if you don't use those programs renaming those files that the error mentions will resolve the issue. It will most likely stop those programs from running.
I would keep a log of any File names you change if you decide to go that route and change them back at a later date.

my pubg recently has not been loading, it will stop at the loading in the top left, then wont load. When I press refresh, everything goes away. If you look on youtube, and check for PUBG swimming under the map glitch you'll see what happened most likely
There's alot of people exploiting this bug, the best to do is to take a screenshot and post it on the forums due to that this is a bug exploit that the player is using to win in an unfair way.

Playing with the bug active, can result with a player recording you while playing. And report you for "wallhacking" or bug exploit. That'll result in a ban. That's why I'm saying leave the game and start a new match :/

i think the melee system needs an overhaul above all else. the start of a game is decided by who gets a gun and reloads faster rather than the possibilty that if someone starts to hit you while youre picking items up. the gun on a roof or in the first room of a building should be fist fought over rather than someones connection being the almost 100% deciding factor

- restart game
- install on SSD
- if SSD is not an option and it's installed on a HDD, try defragmenting the HDD
@worthy oak "Teleporting" is a clear sign of desync between your client and the server. Your client is trying to say something, and the server is saying something else. It's most likely just a connection issue to the server you're playing on, not necessarily an issue with your internet connection. Are you playing on local servers, or foreign servers? For example, foreign being you're in NA playing in AS.

Hi, I am having a sound issue with the game. It bugged out in the middle of one yesterday and I had to turn my mixamp on and off a couple times for it to come back. I had sound this morning while playing and now no matter what I do I don't have any game sound. Any idea what it could be?

8GB of RAM is enough to play the game, but sometimes the game likes to chew up more memory than it should

I had mine cranked up because I have a standalone dac and I could never hear people talking in game and occasionally I could talk.

It's highly possible there was just a driver problem for me and I was thinking because I cranked the bitrate up previously that it was the same issue. Either way reinstalling the drivers fixed it
