Well I hoped that my Bug would be fixed with the latest patch but it doesn't seem to have been. I can not rebind the F key to anything else. When I do it just does was the F key did originally. In order to use my preferred bindings I have to hack my registry and tell the computer to type something else when I press F then it works, then bind my preferred action in PUBG to that new character.

loading screen usually has that loading indicator in the bottom right corner, mine freezes

but it never went above 50% mem usage

second one is after loaded in game fully. right after I landed this city wasn't there, game froze for a half minute, and then everything was fully loaded

third one was taken in the middle of that half minute freeze after landing. cpu at 15% in game? 70% max with 8 gigs of ram, chrome, and discord (and paint :P) open?

I've been dealing with crashes for the past week due to "low graphic memory" with seemingly no fix whatsoever. I have been trying to find fixes online but they are all dead ends that don't fix the issue. I can't even land on the ground and crashes during the starting plane every game like clockwork.

I stated before in my past message that the issue has been reoccuring for the past week. I have gone to the lowest settings possible to see if that could somehow be a problem and it still crashes. I have an i5 4690k and a 1070. I have updated all my drivers. Reset the MOBO. Added multiple combinations of launch options. I have gone through the Nvidia settings to try and fix it. I have reinstalled the game twice. None of the aformentioned troubleshooting I have tried has worked. The only reason I came to the discord was because I have tried everything, but at this point I am at a dead end.

@karmic fable How much RAM do you have? It seems you're suffering for memory leaks. Usual workarounds are, play with textures on min, window mode and restart the game after every match. I know this is not ideal just trying to give you quick fixes. Are you able to, at least, complete one match?

That's a massive performance hit would be a lot of people complaining. I only recall one person and it was due to updated amd gfx drivers not installing properly

Imagine someone has foliage on ultra, sees every patch of grass, then someone with it on very low comes along where they see no grass. The person on ultra sees themself hiding in grass, but the person on very low just sees them lying on the ground.

Being able to turn off shadows should definitely be removed. That gives an unfair advantage I used it early on because I didn't know any better and was trying to max my fps. When I heard people talking about it I removed it.

@quiet grove I've malloc and task manager priority myself but they don't seem to let the game take all the juice it needs. I'll sit on a the loading screen until my parachute deploys, mem running around 50% the entire time

When I finally get in game, mem usage goes up to 60-70%, maybe 80% max. This is without even closing down other applications (chrome, discord running)

8gb only, but the game has worked before for me without any issues. Was able to load in before the match countdown timer, pretty much all day last Thursday

So I'm assuming I write it here. But so I just bought PUBG, and when I got on I invited my friend to play duos. No matter what we couldnt connect to the server, and the cancel server button kept freezing. So I tried solo and I was able to connect to the NA servers just fine. As long as you aren't trying to play over a hotspot or wireless connection the inventory lag is more than likely related to the game being on an hdd right now instead of a hdd. You could try setting Anti Aliasing and Post Processing to very low, and see if that might do anything for you...also it's a reach, but some users have updated to the latest Adobe Flash player and have had the lag issue go away or get better

Also make sure you have the latest drivers for your GPU and do a clean install of the old drivers before installing the new ones

@tight flume that should be fine to get playable fps. you may have to turn down some settings but you will be able to play for sure. I can manage to play it on a PC with an i3 and a 660 at 50fps so you should be fine

Hey! Anybody else having problems with discord cutting audio in PUBG? It doesn't do it with any other game and I've turned off every single option in discord which would lower ingame sounds and disabled the option for programs taking exclusive control over my audio device.

Everything works fine with any other VOIP program.

@languid basin I was ingame. I can make discord cut the sound on demand by joining and disconnecting from a channel. It didn't show any issues. My game volume is neither lowered in the Volume Mixer. It just cuts pubg audio whenever I join a channel and randomly cuts when I'm in a channel.

So I share on Steam games with my brother. I've got over 100hrs on PUBG and now it won't let me play. Its been a long time since I've tried to log in to them. Haven't had a reason to for months. I can't really remember if I did log in via Steam, but I can say that's the default option I would have chosen. Especially since I can't seem to remember the password to my actual PUBG account. Just got locked out of it for too many failed login attempts xD

There was a bug I had a little while ago.

I emptied half a clip from the uzi into him. He apparently died but he was still standing there and it said I killed so and so but said 0 kills.

Then a few seconds later it updated to 1 kill.

But his body was still standing there so I was shooting thinking it was someone else that I'd killed.

@solemn birch the tickrate can't keep up with the clients of players sometimes so when it cathes up you get the results instantly

I remember Scar-L killing people with 1-2 bullets in battlefield 4 when the stats say it suppose to kill in 3

the server just couldn't keep up with the client until the released a higher tickrate

Battlefield 4 has the highest tickrate I've seen with 144, I think pubg is 20 at its best
