@crude pebble Make sure you have your friends try them again. A buddy of mine was putting in a space before / after the key when copy/pasting . Also make sure they copy and paste. Don't have them manually type it in less Os and 0s get confused

In the user settings file I can still only find the bindings related to RollLeft and RollRight

So they have rebound, but they don't seem to be the same as lean left and right as those still work normally.

It killed me a few times because i was in the blue zone and couldnt access bandages and another time was loading it and heard someone coming but couldnt get out of it in time and they killed me

It ended up not being the game at all. Tell him to check his windows updates. Get him to check for new updates than try to install. If his update stalls and doesn't go past 0% than it's what I went through.
I researched the hell out of this cause it made no sense. Windows updater was glitched and the files were effecting previous installed updates. There's a few links on web to get updated to work again instead of doing a fresh windows install. That were quite basic I can dig up the link if this is his issue.

last round my teammate never dropped to earth, it just gave him in parachute logo the whole time. I also found 4 fresh spawns under where we were forced out of the plane who never moved.

My perspective of the fight is I am around the house hear shooting, run around house see two guys one with gun shooting other running, take out the threat then I take cover expecting other guy to shoot at me. Don't see or hear the guy so I start crouch walking to find him, that's where the clip ends. Doesn't show me find the guy later in a bunker and kill him.
