During the game, try CTRL + Y (or whichever keybind switches between the voice channels NONE, TEAM ONLY, and ALL). If you're not sure what the keybind is for your setup, find it in Settings > Keybinds.

Tell them you did what they suggested, and the issue persists. Ask them to kick your ticket up to their second tier support.

Today I started the game and was welcomed with a "you are banned" notification. Is there any hope in contacting the support?
The website said that they wont unban accounts. Its pretty hard to understand why I was banned. I am a below average player and did not use any third party software, besides AMD Adrenaline overlay.

Since the last update I have been extremely slow to load into lobbies, stuck on the loading screen until we are in the plane most of the time. Is there a known fix for this? I have come to Discord as a last resort after trying everything I could find online.

All ports are forwarded, tried with and without ExitLag, reinstalled, move to a different SSD, deleted all temp/user setting files and set it all back up, tried Warp(the 1111 thing), set my DNS to Google's, tried shift+backspace spam.

Unfortunately, ranked lobbies in the NA and OCE regions usually do not get the minimum number of players required to start a match. Generally, this is a function of the time of day and the overall number of active players in a region.

Players in those regions wanting to play ranked matches during times of low ranked server activity could try using a VPN to connect to a ranked server in a more active region.

In normal (non-ranked) matches, the empty positions in incomplete lobbies are filled with bots to ensure that matches will start within a reasonable time. Ranked matches do not have this feature because they do not use bots.

can you test sharing your mobile internet using usb tethering or wifi? (if you have wifi on pc)
don't forget to disable your ethernet connection or just unplug the ethernet cable

first of all lets speedup this loads

• go to the defender exclusion list and add the game folder in there

• add this two more paths / folders:
  "C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\BattlEye"
"C:\Program Files\Common Files\PUBG"

• then go to the game folder:
  PUBG\tslgame\content - delete the **Movies **folder
  PUBG\TslGame\Binaries\Win64 - delete the tslgame_hash.csv file

Sometime in the last month PUBG has become unplayable for me. every new area produces severe stuttering

I have an Nvidia 1070 and an 8 year old (but pretty good at the time) CPU. I could believe the CPU was the cause if I hadn't been playing for years without issue until recently.

I have reformatted, with a fresh windows and pubg install on an SSD but saw no improvement 😦

let the system (windows) handle your hardware

Unfortunately, ranked lobbies in the NA and OCE regions usually do not get the minimum number of players required to start a match. Generally, this is a function of the time of day and the overall number of active players in a region.

Players in those regions wanting to play ranked matches during times of low ranked server activity could try using a VPN to connect to a ranked server in a more active region.

In normal (non-ranked) matches, the empty positions in incomplete lobbies are filled with bots to ensure that matches will start within a reasonable time. Ranked matches do not have this feature because they do not use bots.

Hey all, returning newbie player, I managed to get in for a round, the other night, but when I try to launch, I get stuck on a splash screen that looks like a school? It says 2024 ADOR in the bottom right corner (NewJeans' record label) so I assume it's trying to load some promotional cinematic, but I've tried verifying through steam, reinstalling the game, restart, disabling Nvidia surround... No idea how to get into the game's main menu anymore. Any suggestions welcome.

You might have a corrupted file on your pc. Look up a YouTube video and there should be a guide to easily remove the corrupted file. This happened to me with one of my other games it’s an easy 5 min fix

I would try the same thing as I said before if that doesnt work let me know and I can try and figure it out. the TslGame in tje background is all files so just: run your command prompt as administrator, type "sfc/scannow" let it run, if there is a corrupt file then type "dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth"

check your voice chat settings - ctrl + t mutes/unmutes your mic if you muted it by mistake and ctrl + y changes channels. you want to be on team only or all chat - if it says 'none' then that's why you can't hear or talk

Guys, fps in my game for some reason stops at 60 after alttab. It is fixed by changing to windowed mode and back to full screen. But I want to get rid of it for good. Any idea what this could be and how to fix it? My specs are ryzen 5 5600 and rx 7700 xt and monitor is 60 hertz at the moment if that can help.

The Alive-Counter seems to be broken. When a player is revived the alive counter does not go up. pretty anoying in endgame when you think there are only 2 enemies alive but then there are three. Has anyone else notice this?

I decided to set the fps mode in the lobby to "Unlimited", and for some reason the fps stayed at 60. Maybe it's related to my problem above.

I ran a file check and they all passed it, I don't understand how to fix this problem, no one I know has this problem and I couldn't find it on the internet. This problem is new by the way. Came with one of the latest updates

That's an unusual memory leak issue. I'd document that and report it to support. Then bug them until you get a human (non-boilerplate) response.

Hi everyone, is this the right place to get help?

I've been playing pubg battlegrounds on pc with no issues for i'd say about 2 months up until the last update and then the game just started freezing. I've read up on the steam forum discussions and have cleared my downloads cache, verified integrity of game files, reinstalled the game and deleted Tsl folder inside of C://Users/User/AppData/local folder none have fixed the issue after veriying integrity of game files i just get "1 files failed to validate and will be reacquired"

Hey all, my friend is trying to play PUBG PC, just downloaded and installed yesterday but he's having issues. I don't know if it's input delay or what, but his character will move on its own and the camera will move on its own. It's game-breaking for him, anyone know any possible solutions?

He started in windowed mode, I had him switch to fullscreen and that eased the issue for a few minutes but then it returned.

Hi everyone, I have played pubg recently and in the last two weeks my pc getting freezing randomly and got an error from pubg itself, and then after reopen pubg from steam I got an error Memory Reference something, and the my ssd suddenly doesn't detected by windows even after I restart the pc. I need to shutdown my pc first then boot it up again so Windows can properly read my ssd, this never before last month and this issue never occured when I played another games. @royal ridge try verifying your game files (if you play over steam this tutorial will work)

STEP 1:

Right click on PUBG and select Properties

STEP 2:

Head over to Installed Files and click on Verify integrity of game files

If Steam finds broken files or missing files it will automatically create the correct files
