Lots of wiilink services not working

The News Channel, Nintendo Channel (while reciveing data) gives an error code, but strangly enough, all the info is still displayed on the home screen. The forcast channel, everybody votes channel, etc. do work!

Nintendo channel gives error cde 260400 (it is up to date!)

fixed :)! Thanks. But the news channel now gives new error NEWS000006 but my UTC is correct.

What you need
The Homebrew Channel
An SD card
Priiloader
Instructions
Visit the UTC Patch Generator website and fill out the information.
Select generate and copy the information.
On your SD Card, navigate to SD:/apps/priiloader and open hacks_hash.ini with a text editor such as notepad.
Paste the patch at the bottom of the hacks_hash.ini and save the changes.
Repeat Steps 1-4 with a new time offset if your location participates in daylight savings time.
Insert your SD card into your Wii U.
Boot Priiloader on the vWii.
Select hacks, and scroll down to enable the Fix NWC24iSetUniversalTime hack.
Return to the vWii menu.

but instead of Hacks it says System Menu Hacks in priiloader
