WiiLink Mail Patcher error that I can't find a solution to online

When running the WiiLink Mail Patcher on my Wii, it says:
"An error has occurred in the patching process.
Error Code: 110410".
I can't find anything about this on the forum or anything on google. Any idea how to fix this?

Maybe servers are down, When I open Nintendo channel I receive error 261000.
Also Wii room did not work
