Seemingly anytime I turn off my PC then come back to the Wii channel menu with default back to America. Is there a way to permanently save your location?

I have room temperature IQ if I figure it out, it will be an accidental and I will not know how to re-create it. I’m just praying one of the mods will notice this thread soon and we can get some answers if any.
