Hi, the news channel will not work for me. I get the error NEWS000006. News is sliding across the screen but does not work in app. Anyone know a solution? It gets stuck on “downloading… May take a few moments” then shows the error code. It seems to me that the forecast and news channels are like seesaws to one another. Before I replaced my clock battery to get my weather channel working the news channel would work.
