#Mail patcher: -110211 Duplicate Registration

I had to restore my Wii with an old NAND dump, and as a consequence I had to setup WiiLink again. When I ran the mail patcher I got a duplicate registration error -110211, which sort of makes sense (I already registered with this Wii), but I'm worried this means it won't patch my Mail app.

Plus, the forecast channel doesn't work, while it did work previously. I get code 109106.

Check Mii Out does work.

The devs have a command they can use to delete your wii from their registry so you can re-do it.
just gonna have to wait for someone with the perms to run it to see this

Here's information about your error:

Class for error 1xxxxx: WC24 error codes.
Section for error 10xyzz: WC24 internal processing error. (x=task type, y=error module).
Group for error 1091xx: Error during check.
Error for error 109106: Detected that the outbox is full during check.
Solution for error 109106: Delete WC24 sendbox (/shared2/wc24/mbox/wc24send.mbx) or send mail successfully.

I'm trying to link my console to my WiiLink account. I'm running the linker app, scan the qr code, login to my account, and it doesn't link it to my account. I'm back to the page that tells me to get the linker app.
